FAQ
How do I book? And what is your availability during the week?
The best way to contact us is via email, as we are busy during the day. We will get back to you normally within 48h. We have various availability during the week, it changes all the time so it’s best to discuss it with us directly.
Are you licensed and isured?
We have all the insurance necessary to provide professional cleaning. All of our cleaners are dbs checked and trained so there is nothing to worry about.
Who will purchase the products?
We agree with clients before we start the contract, we can do either way, whatever is more suitable for the client.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No contract needs to be signed, only terms and conditions, but these are also negotiable to certain extent. We can be as flexible as required, but we also need to protect our workers so there is normally a minimum of 1 month notice we would require.
How long does the cleaning take?
It is minimum of 2h so it makes it worthwhile for our cleaner to attend the site but it can take as long as 8h if it’s deep clean.
How much is the service per hour?
Our minimum charges are £20/h but this will also depend on the frequency of cleaning as well as the conditions of the place.
Who is performing the cleaning?
The cleaning is performed by the same cleaner all the time, any changes will always be discussed with the client prior the planned cleaning.
Do I have to prep my home before you come?
It would be best if there is nobody at home at the time of the cleaning (this also includes pets if possible) to ensure the maximum productivity. If you want us to use your products they can be prepared or placed in a visible area however, we would already know where they are being stored so this should not be an issue.
