Cleaning tips & hacks.
Cleaning your appliances can be a tedious task, but it is important to do so in order to keep them running smoothly and efficiently.

Regular maintenance will keep your appliances running smoothly and make them last longer. Here are some tips for cleaning your home appliances:

- Refrigerator: Clean both the interior and exterior of your refrigerator with a mixture of hot water, white vinegar and lemon juice. Shake well and it’s ready! This mixture will allow you to naturally clean and disinfect the inside of your fridge as well as its various compartments. Make sure to wipe down the door seals, shelves, and drawers. Don’t forget to clean the drip tray and condenser coils too!
- Dishwasher: Run an empty cycle with a dishwasher cleaner and hot water, also add mixture of vinegar/baking soda to clean the interior of the machine. Wipe down the exterior with a damp, soapy cloth.
- Stove: For a gas stove, make sure to clean the drip pans and grates. For electric stoves, clean the stovetop with a glass cleaner and a soft cloth. Don’t forget to clean the oven too!
- Washer and Dryer: Clean the washer drum and dryer lint trap with a damp cloth. Don’t forget to clean the detergent dispenser and exterior of the machine too.
- Kettle: To naturally clean your kettle, you can fill it with equal parts water and vinegar and let it boil. Then, let it cool down and rinse thoroughly with water. Alternatively, you can also use lemon juice instead of vinegar for a fresh scent.
- Shower head: One way to naturally clean your shower head is by soaking it in vinegar. Fill a plastic bag with vinegar and attach it to the shower head using a rubber band. Let it sit for a few hours or overnight, then remove and rinse the shower head with water.
